Assalamualaikum wr.wb ukhti... salam from Indonesia. I've been reading your blog with avid interest and it makes me wanna visit and live in Marocco. As moslem it seems more at ease to live in a moslem country but he world is so vast and so tempting to explore. I've lived in Asia, Europe and Africa (Madagascar) 'til college time. Now happily married to an Indo Arab descendant as my imam and habibi, leading a tranquil life here. Alhamdulillah in Indonesia we do wear veil not because we are asked to, but more because of Allah. Moslem fashion trend here is becoming widely known nowadays, so we can still be fashionable yet modest as moslem. As Eid Fitr habit we usually give away money rewards for kids so they can used it whatever they want, and hampers for families, friends and clients. Certainly adding kids gift in DIY goodie bags would add the ambiance of thia holy month a lot more merrier!
