Moroccan Almond Date Milk

Dates and almonds in Morocco go together like peanut butter and jelly in America. It’s a natural pair.

This Moroccan Almond Date Milk is truly very simple to make. You only need to add the ingredients to a blender that is able to process nuts and let it run.

– Milk or milk substitute (almond milk/soy milk etc) – Large soft dates – Almonds

INGREDIENTS

In a blender add milk, almonds and dates. You can blanch and remove the outer husk of the almonds if you don't like the texture.

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass and enjoy cold.

While I use regular milk in this recipe you can swap out any type of non-dairy milk you’d like.
