60+ Snack Ideas for Kids {and the young at heart} 60+ Snack Ideas for Kids {and the young at heart}
Kids Snack Ideas
In Morocco, kids bring two snacks a day to school, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Lots of kids bring cookies or some other type of sweet for their snacks.  While I’m not against this sometimes, it’s not an every day option. I asked my kids if anyone ever brought fruit or veggies in as a snack – and was answered with a resounding no. I’ve sent apple slices, carrot sticks, crackers and cheese, and some other more healthy options but am always on the look out for more great ideas. As usual some of my favorite food bloggers have come to the rescue with their great snack options.  There are plenty of gluten-free, and allergen free recipes here and easy recipes to make some of your favorite store-bought treats at home.
