One year ago, I would have never believed I could be where I am today. I am happier, healthier, and a whole lot skinnier! It’s hard to believe but I’ve lost over 60 pounds and 30 inches since I began my weight loss journey. Old me would have never believed that was possible. Old me didn’t think there was anything wrong. During the last two weeks I’ve challenged you to do something active every day and even though I was bogged down with a terrible sinus infection, I’ve tried to do something physical daily. For my little sister’s birthday she asked me to go to a Crossfit class with her. If you’ve never heard of Crossfit, just imagine using every single muscle in your body and lifting some serious weights after a serious cardio workout. I was terrified.
